We must have a new registration waiver on file for EVERY student, EVERY school year. Filling out this waiver also ensures that we have the most up-to-date contact information for your family in order to keep you informed on all Nashville KLIFE happenings!

Below is the Mandatory 26-27 Registration Waiver. We'd be so grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete it for your student. This form is required for all students participating in KLIFE this school year.
